As part of ongoing efforts to develop football in Cambodia, the National Football Center and Academy is seeking a dedicated Assistant Coach for the U18 Youth Team. This role will play a key part in enhancing the skills, techniques, and overall development of young footballers.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Assist the Head Coach in planning training sessions and development programs.
- Support players in improving their technical, tactical, and physical abilities.
- Monitor and evaluate player performance during training and matches.
- Collaborate with the coaching staff to implement effective strategies.
- Foster a positive and disciplined team environment.
- Ensure the well-being and development of players both on and off the field.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of football coaching principles and practices.
- Previous experience in coaching youth football teams is preferred.
- Relevant coaching certifications (e.g., AFC C License or higher)
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Passion for youth development and football growth in Cambodia.
