The Cambodian U17 national football team recently competed in the AFC U17 Asian Cup 2025 Qualifiers for Group B, hosted on home soil from October 19 to 27, 2024. The team ended up in 4th place in the group of 5 teams while having a two-win and two -lose. Fans gathered at the National Stadium and Prince Stadium in Phnom Penh to cheer on the young Cambodian squad as they faced off against tough regional opponents.

- Monday, October 21, 2024: Macau 0-1 Cambodia
- Friday, October 25, 2024: Cambodia 1-3 Afghanistan
- Sunday, October 27, 2024: Philippines 2-0 Cambodia
Despite the challenges, Cambodia showed determination and resilience throughout the qualifiers, aiming to secure a spot in the AFC U17 Asian Cup 2025. However, the team couldn’t make it to be the top spot in the group.
