Cambodian Women’s League 2024: Season Overview
The Cambodian Women’s League 2024 is set to run from August 17, 2024, to February 8, 2025. This exciting season will feature 10 football clubs, associations, departments, and organizations competing for the championship title. They are Phnom Penh Crown FC, NagaWorld FC, Boeung Ket FC, Visakha FC, Preah Khan Reach Svay Rieng FC, Siem Reap United, MOE of Kampong Chhnang, Kampong Thom Football Association, Salt Academy and Mr. Leng Football Association.
Competition Format
The league is divided into two stages:
1. First Stage:
– The 10 teams will play in a two-round league format (home and away).
– Each team will face every other team twice.
2. Second Stage:
– After the completion of the first stage, the top 4 ranked teams will advance.
– These teams will compete in 3 additional matches to determine the league champion based on the highest score.
Schedule and Matches
– The league will consist of a total of 93 matches spread over 7 months.
